Immunoturbidimetry is an important technique in the diagnostic field of clinical chemistry.

It is used to determine serum proteins that are not detectable with classical clinical chemistry methods and antigen-antibody reaction.

ANTI-STREPTOLYSIN O (ASO)

Reagents for measurement of ASO concentration. Serum anti-streptolysin O (ASO) causes agglutination of latex particles coated with streptolysin O. The agglutination of the latex particles is proportional to the streptolysin O concentration and can be measured by turbidimetry. Linearity limit: 800 IU/mL ASO. Detection limit: 3 IU/mL ASO.

C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (CRP)

Reagents for measurement of CRP concentration. Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) causes agglutination of the latex particles coated with antihuman C-reactive protein. The agglutination of the latex particles is proportional to the CRP concentration and can be measured by turbidimetry. Linearity limit: 150 mg/L CRP. Detection limit: 1.0 mg/L CRP.

DIRECT HbA1c

Reagents for measurement of Hemoglobin A1c concentration.

After preparing the hemolysate, the Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) concentration is quantified by a latex turbidimetric assay. Reagents are provided ready to use.

Reagents for measurement of RF concentration.

Rheumatoid factors (RF) cause agglutination of the latex particles coated with human gammaglobulin. The agglutination of the latex particles is proportional to the RF concentration and can be measured by turbidimetry.
